A short history of PENN Safety Products, Inc.

PENN Safety Products, Inc. is an import and export company that engages in the manufacture, conversion and distribution of products from the United States, Korea, China, and Vietnam.

It was founded in 1988 in Philadelphia, PA by Mr. Paul Kim. 

This company initially started doing business under the name Boin Medical USA, which involved the marketing and sales of a Korean manufacturer’s disposable syringes in the US market.

In 1994 the company changed its name to PENN  Safety Products, Inc. to reflect the more diverse nature of its business.  In 1999 PENN Safety Products, Inc. moved its headquarters to California to be closer and to be more responsive to the business opportunities afforded by a number of oriental countries.

PENN Safety Products, Inc. is dedicated to and experienced in the manufacturing of cost effective non-woven disposable clothing.

Who We Are

Recently, we have contracted a Korean breathable film manufacturer that produces quality breathable housewrap as well as roof underlayment. 

Most of these building materials are 9 feet wide which meet the requirments of US and Canadian building codes.
